One of the most essential things to include in a fitness routine, yet so many people forget to breath properly. If our breathing is not efficient, our workouts will not reap higher benefits.
Start breathing in deeply through your nose, and exhale through your nose. Fill up your lungs from the bottom, pushing your diaphragm downwards and expanding your abdomen. Exhale by contracting your abdomen. Breathing through the mouth makes it easier to get large quantities of air, but does not provide enough filtered air and oxygen to the blood-rich lower lung lobes. Over time, you will find it easier to breath through your nose, and you will see a difference in your exercising.
