Reservation, payment and cancellation policy


Our Reservation Process...

●After you have sent in your completed registration form, and we have confirmed availability on your desired dates, we will send you a reservation confirmation via email that is valid for 5 days.

●Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit of retreat package within 5 days of the time the reservation is made or your reservation is automatically cancelled.

●The rest of the remaining balance due is payable 5 days before the first day of the Retreat.

●Reservations are only offered for a period of 6 months.


Our Payment Policy...

●Payment details and procedure will be provided once we have received your registration form and retreat availability has been confirmed.

●After payment has been received you will be notified and confirmed via e-mail and receive a simple travel information leaflet to help you prepare for your Retreat.

●We accept payment with Paypal, bank transfer or by Cash.

●Another Way Wellbeing Retreat is not responsible for any unforeseen additional charges that may be added by the guest's own banking institution for currency conversions when making international payments.

●Rates listed are per person and are subject to change, however, your price will NEVER change after it is booked and fully paid for.


Cancellation Policy:

●In order to best serve our guests and continually offer high quality services,  Another Way Wellbeing Retreat has a firm cancellation policy.

●Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason. It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation.

●No refunds or adjustments are made for no-shows, early departures or cancellations within 7 days of the first day of the retreat you are reserved for.

●If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the first day of the retreat you are reserved for, your 50% deposit is credited to any other date within 6 months of your original booking.

●Another Way Wellbeing Retreat does not provide any cash, check or credit card refunds. There are no refunds or discounts for arriving late or leaving early. There are no credits or refunds for any services not used while at Another Way Wellbeing Retreat.

●All cancellations must be received by telephone or in writing sent via email and confirmed by your phone call.

●A retreat reservation is fully transferable to another person over the age of 18, for the same date and package.

Another Way Wellbeing Retreat is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.

If we cancel...

●We do our utmost to maintain our standard of never cancelling a retreat, but if Another Way Wellbeing Retreat were to ever cancel or move a retreat, guests are welcome to move retreat dates or their payment will be refunded in full.

Another Way Wellbeing Retreat’s liability will be to refund all monies paid for the total of the cancelled retreat package only. Another Way Wellbeing Retreat  is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any retreat such as airlines tickets, loss of work, and/or any other costs associated with your trip.
