Our mind is one of the most difficult things to control. It goes from this thought to that thought, confusing our life and distracting our soul.

Sit alone somewhere, preferably in nature. Somewhere quiet and special. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Slowly in, slowly out. Let any thought that comes along just pass by. Do not give it any attention. Be in the moment of your life, your breath. You, right here, right now.

Let that feeling of Being and focus live with you throughout your day, empowering your  thoughts, your actions and your life.
